Terms and Conditions – cd22 Online Gaming Platform Pakistan

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following words carry specific meanings wherever they appear:

• "cd22" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the online gaming platform operating at cd22.link and all associated services, tools and applications.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" — any individual who accesses, registers on or uses the cd22 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the personal profile created by a Player upon successful registration on cd22.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used for all financial transactions on cd22.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any real-money stake placed on a game, tournament or event available on the cd22 platform.
• "Balance" — the total PKR amount held in a Player's cd22 account, consisting of deposited funds and any applicable bonus amounts.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free entry ticket, cashback payment or other incentive provided by cd22 to a Player under stated conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds convert to withdrawable PKR, as stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the process by which cd22 confirms a Player's identity, age and payment details.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of cd22 is subject to these Terms. By clicking "Register," completing the registration process, making a deposit or placing any wager on cd22, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. This acceptance is effective immediately and applies to every subsequent use of the platform.

These Terms should be read together with cd22's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a specific promotion's stated terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

• You have not previously had an account closed, suspended or banned by cd22 for any reason.
• You are accessing cd22 from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your personal responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your location.

cd22 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. If a Player cannot satisfactorily verify their age when requested, cd22 will suspend the account and hold any balance pending successful verification. Winnings accumulated on an account later found to belong to a minor will be voided in their entirety.

4. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account on cd22. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. cd22 is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by a Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. cd22 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account. 5. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on cd22 are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency deposits are accepted and no currency conversion is applied at any point. The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet transfer)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet transfer)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• IBFT Bank Transfer (interbank funds transfer)

The minimum deposit amount on cd22 is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. cd22 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which cd22 takes no responsibility.

Deposits made to cd22 are for gaming purposes only. Players must only deposit funds that they own outright and are entitled to use. Any deposit that cd22 has reasonable grounds to suspect originated from illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested for any portion of a Player's available balance, subject to the conditions below. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to the payment provider's own operational requirements.

• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval.
• IBFT bank transfers may take 1–2 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Visa and Mastercard debit card withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a standard verification check before processing. cd22 may request KYC documentation if it has not already been provided.

A Player's deposit balance is withdrawable at any time, regardless of the status of any active bonus. Bonus funds are only withdrawable after the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. cd22 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours where a fraud or integrity check is being conducted. Players will be notified promptly if their withdrawal is subject to an extended review.

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts will result in account closure.
• Bonus funds are added separately from deposit funds. Your deposit remains withdrawable at any time. Bonus funds become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.

8. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on cd22 are operated under standard game-specific rules which are accessible within each game's interface. By participating in any game, tournament or event on cd22, Players agree to comply with those rules in addition to these Terms.

cd22 uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for all games where outcomes are determined algorithmically. Live dealer games use physically dealt cards or physical game elements captured on HD video. cd22 does not and cannot manipulate any game outcome once a round has commenced.

• All wagers placed are final once confirmed by the system. No wager may be cancelled or amended after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game result, cd22 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagers to all participating Players.
• For Ludo and other player-vs-player formats, the platform facilitates the match but takes no side. The winning Player receives the prize pool minus the platform facilitation fee stated in the room lobby.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on cd22 and will result in immediate account suspension, possible permanent banning and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on cd22 under any identity, whether your own or another person's.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable information during registration or identity verification.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or tournament on cd22.
• Using any automated software, bot, script or artificial intelligence tool to interact with cd22 games or exploit any game mechanics.
• Exploiting a technical error, software glitch or misconfigured game to obtain an unfair financial advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using cd22 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise tamper with any part of the cd22 platform.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your account or account credentials to any other person.
• Using abusive, threatening or discriminatory language toward other Players or cd22 staff members via any communication channel.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

cd22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Suspicious account activity that cd22 believes may represent fraudulent behaviour, money laundering or collusion.
• A Player's own request to close their account, including self-exclusion requests made under cd22's Responsible Gaming policy.
• A court order, regulatory instruction or other legal obligation requiring cd22 to restrict the account.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's violation of these Terms, cd22 reserves the right to withhold all bonus balances and any winnings generated from bonus funds. The original deposit balance, minus any applicable deductions for outstanding obligations, will be returned to the Player via the original payment method where legally permissible.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the cd22 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game designs, graphics, text, interface elements, promotional materials and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of cd22 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants any Player a licence to reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any cd22 content.

The cd22 brand name, logo and domain are registered marks. Unauthorised use of any cd22 intellectual property for commercial purposes or in a manner that could mislead the public is prohibited and may result in legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

cd22 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While cd22 makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and performance, it does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cd22 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss arising from a Player's gaming activity, including but not limited to losses from wagers, tournament entry fees or failed promotional expectations.
• Loss of data, damage to a Player's device or connectivity interruptions that affect gameplay.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

cd22's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from or related to your use of cd22, these Terms or any transaction carried out on the platform shall be submitted first to cd22's internal dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 14 calendar days of being formally submitted to cd22 support, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate civil courts of Pakistan having jurisdiction over the matter. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
